With so many divorces these days, especially in Christian homes, it makes me wonder if people are really asking the question, "Can God Really Fix This?". And if they are do they listen for the answer. Being married for over 30 years to the same man I can tell you God Can Really Fix Anything. It comes down to do you believe the Word of God that says, "Nothing is too difficult for God?" Jeremiah 32:17 reminds us that God made all there is so why do we find it so hard to believe God can fix our problems?
For many, it is simply because they don't bring God into their marriage, for some it is they do not know how build a strong foundation for their marriage to grow on. There are other reasons as well. The point is any marriage can be healed if both people want it to be. My husband and I have been through pretty much everything people get divorced over and today we are doing great. We are best friends and each others biggest support. We look forward to another 30 years together. How did that happen through everything we experienced along the way? Trusting in God and learning His principles to building a strong foundation that cannot be shaken.
